A. We run credit, background, verify employment, and check references.

Q. Can you please send me the tenants credit report?
A. Yes

Q. How soon will my new tenants be moving in?
A. Is the unit ready for move-in? If so, immediately or as soon as the tenants are able to.

Q. How do you handle repairs?
A. We provide you with a summary of the issue and pricing. We do not move forward without your approval.
